By confirming an appointment you are agreeing to all of the below.
Appointments -

Arrival: To ensure optimal service quality, we kindly request that you arrive on time to your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Please note that additional time spent cleaning your lashes may reduce the time allotted for your lash service. If you arrive late, we may be unable to extend the time for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, the full cost of the service will still be charged.

Photography: By receiving services at STUDIO AR, you give consent for any photographs or videos taken of your lashes to be used on our website and social media.

Infills: During the infill slot, we will do our best to fill as many lashes as possible. However, if we determine that it has been too long since your last infill, we may recommend scheduling your next appointment sooner. We suggest coming in for an infill 2-3 weeks after your full set to maintain your fullest and healthiest lashes.​

Foreign Infills: If you've had your lashes done somewhere else and want me to infill your lashes, please read the following before booking: Due to the rise of unregulated lash techs, foreign infills will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Before booking, I’ll need you to send me a clear photo of your current lash extensions so I can assess whether they’re suitable for an infill. You can send this via DM on Instagram (@studioar.beauty) or email (contactstudioar@gmail.com). Please note: While I’ll do my best to determine suitability from the photo, sometimes it’s difficult to judge until I see your lashes in person. If, upon assessment at your appointment, your lashes aren’t in good enough condition or don’t meet my standards for an infill, I’ll need to carry out a removal instead. In this case, a full set will need to be booked for your next appointment. If your natural lashes need extra care, I may also recommend using a lash serum for a period of time before reapplying extensions. Regardless of the outcome, full payment for the scheduled treatment will still be required. If an infill isn’t possible and a removal is done instead, any remaining balance will be carried over to your next appointment. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you’re unsure, feel free to send your photo before booking, and I’ll be happy to advise!

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the £15 booking fee paid at the time of scheduling is non-refundable under any circumstances. Our cancellation policies are as follows:​
- For eyelash extensions, lash lift, or brow treatments,, cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the remaining balance due.
- For cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 100% of the remaining balance is due, and you will be unable to book future appointments until the outstanding balance is paid.

​After Hours Appointments: In some circumstances, you may need a last-minute lash appointment outside of my regular business hours. After-hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of £10. Please contact me directly to schedule your after-hours appointment.

Refund Policy: The payment you make covers my time, products, and other expenses related to providing you with a service. Refunds will not be provided for any reason on services, booking fee’s or products. However, if you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If it is due to a fault of application or product, a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up can be provided to address your concerns.

Patch Tests: The adhesive used for eyelash extensions is a medical-grade adhesive that should only be applied to the lashes, not the skin. While it is unlikely that clients will experience an allergic reaction, you may choose to book a patch test. However, for eyebrow tinting, brow lamination or lash lift, eyelash tint a patch test is essential at least 48 hours before a full service. If any signs of redness, itching, swelling, or blistering occur, the treatment should not proceed.
Courses & Masterclasses -

Payments: Payments are non-refundable. You can choose to pay the full balance upfront or split payments using ClearPay or Klarna.

Rescheduling: Course dates can be rescheduled with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice, and a new date must be chosen at the time of rescheduling. Each course can be rescheduled once; if a second reschedule is needed, a new booking must be made and paid for.

Models (if applicable): It is up to yourself to arrange a model to attend your course date. It might be best to use a family member/friend so that you can offer them infills after 2-3 weeks to continue your practise. If you can not arrange your own model, we can advertise to find one for you - but this can not be guaranteed. Please make sure you ask your model about any pre-existing allergies they may have had in the past.

Case Studies (if applicable): After you have completed your course, (and have been told there will be case-studies to complete) it is essential for you to complete case studies and have them assessed in order to achieve your certificate. Without this, you will not be qualified.
